Dress code for entry is Formals or Smart casuals. Shorts, sleeveless t-shirts, flip-flops and chappals are not permitted. (No restrictions for ladies.)
Age group 18 to 21 years cannot avail packages with chips. The permissible age for entry on the Strike floor is 21 years and above.
Dinner will be served in the designated area between 8:30pm to 2:00am.
Alcoholic beverages will be served between 7 pm to 1:30 am. Drinks will be served only on gaming tables.
A valid Government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting onboard.
The package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
Management reserves the right to admission.
Please check with the gaming team for the limitations on the usage of promotional voucher before placing your bets.

All patrons shall be solely responsible and liable for any risks pertaining to the Covid-19 virus upon entry to Strike by Big Daddy. The directors, officers, employees or group companies of Big Daddy casino or any other related parties shall not be liable directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever if any patron at any time is infected with the Covid-19 virus.

Cancellation charges are applicable on all Packages for all days. (25% of the booking amount).
Cancellations are not allowed on Blackout dates and on special events (special rates).
If any campaign is applied, then cancellation is not applicable (i.e. Discount or Extra promotional voucher)
One date change is allowed for a future date and can only be done 24 hours before the booking date.
Cancellations will be considered if intimidated 24 hours prior to the Date of Visit.
No Cancellations/Refund or transfer of ticket will be processed in case of a no show.
Refunds shall be processed via bank transfer only. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 – 15 working days
No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their One-time play coupons or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.

Sic – Bo (only Big or Small)

Black Jack, (primary bets only, no insurance, no surrender)
Promotional voucher cannot be encashed
Promotional voucher cannot be played on opposite betting option on a single game

Promotional voucher can only be played once regardless of the outcome of the game and will be retained by the dealer.
Promotional voucher are in the denominations of Rs. 500 and cannot be broken down to lower denominations

Entry will be valid till 06.00 am.

The management maintains the right to forcibly remove a person from the premises if they are found behaving in a disorderly manner while intoxicated.
